Our Company, working in the fruit and vegetable market since 1948, is located to the north of Bari in an area considered one of the most fertile in Apulia region.
The particular composition of the ground, joined to the peculiar climatic conditions of our region, allows our fruit and vegetable products to gain a richness of flavours which satisfies the taste of the most demanding customers.
Our mission is the production, processing and distribution of our farm produce, aimed at the utmost quality and safety of the products.
SOB has recently created a new and modern building which covers a surface of 10.000 sq.mts. consisting of a conservatory greenhouse of 1.500 sq.mts. for processing the products ,  a fleet of vehicles and an office area.
It is equipped with a sophisticated refrigeration system composed of 3 refrigerating rooms and a Hydro Cooling system beating down the temperature of the products as soon as they arrive from the field, thus allowing to maintain all their nutritive values.
The processing room in equipped with high tech machinery, such as a processing line for grapes, a selection and calibration line for cherries, a flow-pack line for baskets, a weight-price labelling line which prints a bar-code and additional information as well.
Our Company has the potential to process large quantities of goods in order to meet the commitments and the demands of both national and foreign large-scale food retail trade, the
main target of clientele on which we focus our attention.
